It is primarily located in the valley with good meadow and range grasses. The west side and the southwest corner have aspen and pines. Livestock water is supplied from ponds and from a spring located east of the property piped to the ranch.

LOCATION:  North of Soda Springs to the Henry/Wayan cutoff road just north of Hentry, then east on the Enoch Valley Road to the Long Valley Road, then south on the Long Valley Road about two miles. It has a kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom and entry/utility room on main floor and two bedrooms in the attic. Heat is from two stove space heaters. The home is in good condition and very livable and comfortable.

The property is located within a short distance of Caribou National Forest with excellent hunting for both deer and elk. Moose are also abundant in the area along with upland game birds.

The area is unexcelled for snow mobiles and ATV’s along with many other recreational opportunities. The Blackfoot Reservoir is only about six miles from the property with boating, fishing and waterfowl.

Jackson Hole is only about a two hour or less drive.
