Joseph Wm. Dunford, Broker - CCIM, MAI: Joe has spent his life emotionally and professionally involved with land having been raised on a farm and ranch and graduating from Utah State University in Range Management. He has spent his career in the real estate marketing, consulting, development, management and appraisal business and holds both the CCIM and MAI designations. Joe also holds Idaho, Wyoming and Utah broker licenses and specializes in the marketing and development of fishing, hunting and recreation properties, as well as cattle ranches in the intermountain region. He has qualified as an expert witness on real estate values in federal courts in Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and Oregon. He is a recognized expert in consultation, appraisal and marketing of conservation easements.
